Mr. Wang specializes in PRC taxation and business advisory services, tax controversy resolution, M&A and restructuring and company legal affairs. He is a certified tax agent.

Mr. Wang has more than 12 years of professional experience in the field of taxation, providing tax and related legal services to clients of various industries, including multi-national companies (MNC), state-owned enterprises (SOE), private enterprises and high net worth individuals (HNWI). He advises clients from tax and legal perspective on their M&A deals, in-bound and out-bound investment, wealth management, tax compliance and tax risk management, etc. Prior to joining Tahota in 2017 as a tax partner, Mr. Wang worked in King and wood Mallesons Shanghai office, and tax department of Ernst & Young and Deloitte, focusing on tax services, accumulated extensive experience and built strong knowledge base. Besides, he also served in tax management team in an MNC.
